Avon 6 Man Liferaft

Hi All,

I have an Avon 6 man liferaft (in canister) for sale, along with all paperwork.

This raft has never been used in anger (!), and has spent most of it's life sat on the back of Old Spice. It was last serviced just under three years ago, and prior to re-sale it will be serviced again, giving another three years.

Viewing/Collection currently in Blashford Lakes, Ringwood, but it will be returning to me in Gosport next week.

Sensible offers please.

Selling as Old Spice is currently out of service, so the raft is surplus, and it can boost the new engine/mooring fund!

There are already bids on it. can you do a buy it now after bidding has started?
As I've taken the troble to bid on it I'd appreciate 1st refusal if you do decide to renege on the Auction

Hi Chaps,

I think I'd better let the auction run - I know they're about £1600 new, so would be looking for a fairly substantial offer to can it early.

Stu - I can't 'officially' end it early, but if the right offer was made I could just pull the listing; as you say not that fair if both you and Cookie want it!

Ideally I need a four man - my wife has a 6 man in a soft case on her yacht I can borrow for races but it would be better to have a separate one for the race boat, therefore it would have to be a good deal as it isn't exactly what I need! :-)
