40hp desperatly needed!!!!

I desperatly need a used (or really cheap new!!) 40hp engine. It should be longshaft, and have electric start. PTT and OI would be a bonus, but not essential.
Any age / make considered. Cash waiting for the right engine at the right price!!

Guy at work is selling a 40hp Yam, think it is OI but not sure about PTT. If you are still looking for one and don't mind it is in Oban let me know and I will put you in touch.
I think it is cheap and he is just looking to get rid of it as his boat is gubbed
