What to do in Salcombe when the weather is pants?

After being part of the Pageant safety boat fleet on Sunday, we drove down from Essex to Salcombe on Monday and launched at about 4.30ish.

We'll be spending the Queens Jubilee week around Salcombe, any one else in the area?

I've done Torbay & Plymouth, but never the bit in the middle.
