Yeah on these boats there isn't room on the transom, even with my single engine. Getting back on them is one if the hardest things. Be a bigger issue when I'm 10 years older.

It's just a pin holding it in no nut in that bolt right now. I'll get a quick release pin so its easy to swap around. The ladder is aluminum so it weighs nothing.

It can swing up in the useable...
