Hmmm, in that case it could be a loose earth on the engine.

Are you running Smartcraft gauges, if so do they shut off for a moment during the power loss ?

If you have a water separating fuel filter, check...

If you have a water separating fuel filter, check its contents/replace.

Going over waves/rough water, maybe throwing caught water into the fuel lines.
