Thanks for the input so far, I have re looked at Ocean pro pics and agree with you. So a bit of a mystery then.
I fitted the grab handles, the tubes were "naked" apart form the anchor line...

I've recently bought this RIB. advertised simply as a humber 6.3. Is it an ocean pro? Can anyone shed any light? Interestingly there are no signs of the "H" sticker or Humber name. No transom...
