on the port side of the p/h there is a plate that is the exhaust cover where water can leakinto a cyl.The obm serial number on an old obm like that, look for an aluminium what looks like a core plug...

it might be the exhaust plate gasket leaking, but at that age it is just a pile of junk not worth spending money on if you get it running properly it will still be an old obm worth pennys if that
