Having been Safety lead on the DW canoe race through there seen it dark, cold, wet and still too many times when i should ahve been sleeping.

I'll be there, coming up on the Friday, launching...

I'll be there, coming up on the Friday, launching Friday tea time hopefully for a run about then leaving the rib on a mooring whilst jumping into the local travel lodge.

Not too knackering I hope?...
