And to be clear if the courts thought you'd downplated to make it look legal and then overloaded they would throw the book at you. I'd expect more so than if you were towing 1200kg on a trailer...

I'm sure I've seen someone suggest this was an Osprey before when Osprey were part of Northern Diver, Don't know if thats true but a current 4.5m Osprey Kestrel comes in at 280kg dry with no engine....
