Here is a pic were you can se that engine is a little bit to the side.
It`s a Osprey Seaharrier Max, same boat as you have but 80cm longer.

Hi Mattias;
It`s not in the center because you compensate the rotation of the prop by moving the engine a little bit to the side, how much they install the engine on the side depends on what kind...
