Ownership experience & I'm talking binnacle fixture, not tiller mount.

As far as I'm aware it applies to current Evinrude mechanical controls, sidemount & binnacle mounted.

You can start earlier Evinrudes without the KC....

You can start earlier Evinrudes without the KC. If the KC is fitted when the engine is started, pulling the KC stops the engine. If the engine is started without the KC, it err! Doesn't .
