Sounds like you will both really enjoy the red sea (any part) - March/April is a very good time to go - it is usually not too hot at this time of year although still in the 30's.

There is only one way to dive the Red Sea - liveaboard - do not waste your time/money with any other alternative!! Basically, you will have the time of your life with a decent liveaboard...
