There are several different types of suit but https://www.fladenfishing.se the manufacturers site even has a download catalogue which says the 845 suit has sealed legs and thighs, but it hasn't!...

I have a blue & yellow 1 pc Fladen 845 and it only has neoprene in the cuffs, not in the legs. Suits me as I wear wellies on the boat and I doubt I'd get a welly through a neoprene ankle cuff, though...
