2402 or T/F 8000 is suitable for hypalon tubes...
2402 or T/F 8000 is suitable for hypalon tubes NOT PVC.
There are far more experts on here than me, but hot is OK but you'll have to be quick and quite possiably mix-up a weaker glue to activator...
