The Bravo 2X leg is the commercially robust one as opposed to the sportier Bravo 1X and 3X. Barrus spec'd it, I reckon, cos they has so much trouble from the 3X and my RIBtec hull is not a high...

Uhoh! Not necessarily. I have a Yanmar 300 and Barrus made a point of specifying the Bravo 2 leg. Have had this running for just 75 hours now and the performance of my heavy 9m cabin RIB is better...
