Not sure on the smaller one, got to be £250 minimum.

Are you aware of the weight penalty you'll have? A 15hp 4 stroke could be hard to move without a trolley.

I think you'll find that 9.9hp can be fairly simply uprated to 15hp with just a carb change.

You'll prefer the acceleration of a 2 stroke ;) Unless you don't like the noise that is.
