Yes, yes it is....I misunderstood and expected it...

Yes, yes it is....I misunderstood and expected it to be on transom behind one of the plates...so I unscrewed all but one screw on eachis and slid the Plate around look....to the interior one off...

Howdy! I just purchased a used 2006 mercury 240 roll up and unfortunately it is missing the HIN plate...has a bunch of repairs, slight leak, never been registered. My metzeler has a HIN located...
