Is that the plastic-lined rubber hose? My buddy had the same problem; plugged hoses and perforated LP fuel pump from the plastic pieces.

What is your ethanol mix? 10pct or less shouldn't be a problem with any hose newer than about 2000. That may be true up to 20pct as well, but all I've seen here is 10.
