nah the 380 has a 2 stroke 30.

im sure there are things I could do with glue and grails type products to improve its fish ability, like a combined rocket launcher and bait board at the back.

Seen a local aerotec with a 2010 30hp merc on it, is that bad news for the transom only being rated to 25hp?
