I also use the puncture proof 8" tyres ( they are probably foam filled )which hold up ok

Jockey wheel

I go through one jockey wheel every two years

I know it's the salt water on the internal threaded bar so have tried flushing with fresh water and lubricating whenever possible

I use a 50mm...
