Ian, is your Fastroller brand new? Perhaps could be why it's so stiff?

Mine is second hand and although a snug fit, not overly hard to insert.

Could you try some light grease or Vaseline?

I made the error of trying to insert and twist...

I made the error of trying to insert and twist once inflated.

Do it before inflation and it should twist on easily. Mine did once I deflated it.

A) Tubes first then floor ensuring you inflate tubes in rotation, finishing off to full PSI.

B) Floor first then tubes, again as above.
