If you supply a ladder I wasn't thinking of charging you to cut and weld it, although a pint of Guiness on one of our cruises goes down well.:D
It's an hours work which I'd gladly do one...

As you say there isn't a lot of room on a RIB...
As you say there isn't a lot of room on a RIB Transom for the normal type of fold down ladder.
My soulution was to narrow the ladder by cutting several inches out of the middle and welding it back...
