Pull the head and get a fine wire brush on a drill bit and run it up and down the water jacket. Check for rubber debris whilst your in there. My moneys on a shagged or misinstalled impeller.

Just because something was 'replaced' doesn't...

Just because something was 'replaced' doesn't mean it was replaced 'right' - could the impellar blades have been bent 'back to front' loosing pump pressure? Easy mistake to make!
