I have two deck hatches on the PAC- one 500x300...

I have two deck hatches on the PAC- one 500x300 and one 600x500 both made in 5 mm alloy chequer plate. Neither is strengthened underneath and I stand on the larger at the back as a steering position....

Got it off -phew!!!! Ground two indents for the puller legs, gentle heat so WD 40 just vapourised, pulled off, but it still fought all the way.

Got the boat out yesterday and it is the rubber bush in the prop. Splined centre stuck on the shaft and the prop pulled off leaving it behind, shreds of rubber all over the area. Now have the problem...

Nope - gear oil correct level and pressure high (no change) when it starts slipping. Prop shaft from gearbox speeds up as the revs increase but the prop doesn't go round any faster. So I don't think...
