That is very true about Chinese products with CE stamped on it, but I did a search on the factory of the RIB boat and it truly does have a European CE Certificate....the Hypalon they use are ORCA...

SR4.7 with yamaha50hp what pitch???

I am getting a new 4stroke 50HP outboard yamaha for a 4.7m rib. My problem is the engine dealer in my country doesnt know what pitch prop to send with the motor....and I also have no idea....

4.2M rib with 25HP...what prop??

I got a china made 4.2m rib and put my 25HP mercury 4stroke....I know it would be ideal to put a bigger motor, but it really is just for the kids to buzz around so I do not want more power....

I have noticed in the marina that some RIBs have bigger diameter tubes than others....in the 4.8-5.4 meter category....

All I want to know is what's the advantages/disadvantages of bigger tubes?

Well I got the fuel system sorted out, no leaks, new pump and it still has the problem.....after further investigation I just found out we havent tried...

thanks for the reply uncle al....all cdm replaced (i borrowed) and still same problem....runs good first 3 minutes...even up to WOT and reaches correct rpms....but misses after 3 min., throttle back...

How to disengage rev limiter (Merc 90 carb)

I have a Merc90 2stroke carb...year 2005, is there a wire that I can remove to disengage the rev limiter...I think it is mafunctioning and giving me trouble....

What are the symptoms/signs of damage of the ignition coils? I believe my coils fire well whencold but after sustained running they get weak...

merc 90 2stroke carb fuel problem...help

My problem...the first five minutes of running at 4000rpms everything is ok. then suddenly it starts to slow down inconsistently, so I put it to ilde, and give it a go and its ok again for short...

fuel burn Merc90 2stroke???

anybody know what fuel burn I should get per hour on a Merc902stroke on a 5.2M rib at a cruising rpm of 4200-4400 rpm? Would that be proper cruise rpm?
