Plus don't forget to check the expiry date of item in your kit. Recently re sat my first aid at work and was made aware of what can happen with time expired dressings etc.

I would be getting hold of a Compression tester...

I would be getting hold of a Compression tester next. Making sure the piston rings or bore are not damaged. Easy test to do. Values should be found in the manual.
