Advice needed - Tohatsu 90hp 2 Stroke
Looking for some opinions on a Tohatsu 90hp 2 stroke engine, on a 5m Humber Assault we are considering purchasing.
I've had no previous experience with 2 strokes, so really need some help...

I think it sounds fine, certainly for a first boat and just casual cruising.
How much effort is it to upgrade engine? And rough cost for a reasonable 40hp... 4 stroke?
Would it be easier buying...

25hp/4.3m Humber Assault - Powerful enough?
Very close to buying first boat - Will i regret a buying 4.3m with only a 25hp?
Will just be used for cruising with a couple of people, family etc. No more than four people.
