Prop identification help
I have a Johnson 90hp of 1988 vintage, currently fitted with a stainless steel prop marked 1518PP (or PF) Edit...Now found that this is marked 12 3/4 x 21
I also have a spare aluminium prop marked...

Starting to reassemble my Johnson 90 v4, and there are a couple of places where the manual refers to "1000 sealer", particularly on the exhaust box gaskets.

Engine charging again.
Replaced the regulator/rectifier with one from Trickett Marine.
Hopefully that one will last for a few years.

I need to get the cylinders in a Johnson 90 honed, prior to fitting new rings.
Does anyone have any recommendations for reconditioning/engineering firms in Central Scotland?

Battery is ok, after a charge. Fine on a load test, and all cells reading charged and equal with a hydrometer.
Voltage doesn't alter at all with engine revs.

Discovered that a rubber bushing about half way up the driveshaft had dropped down. The driveshaft had a mark where it had rubbed against the lower leg casting...
