A PU tube might make sense for commercial use, but for most recreational users, isn't a hypalon tube going to be much more durable? If I am paying 13k, I am definitely going hypalon.

Hypalon sounds good, but it is hard to beat top gun in my experience with small boat covers.

I think you will find that it will flap no matter how tightly you lace it, unless it is angled a bit...

I suppose it has a fair amount of below deck storage with the outboard.
