Yep the club were there last weekend but I wasn't with them, they used 40 litres on a trip to the alster and back so approx 12 miles. I'm not sure what we could do to reduce this.

Thanks for the feedback, I suspected that might be the case but was hoping we may have a tuning problem. The tubes of the boat are pretty poor so the boats not worth much hence replacing the engine...
