Yes it will defo tow a child in a ringo but as for a adult maybe a light one, If you want to tow a adult you need a towable with a big flat surface area i find. Hope this helps

All filmed with the go pro hero hd with the suction mount on the top of the outboard, not the best place to mount it but it was the first time out with the new camera.

Hi, if you are on about those plastic ones that fold up and down,they are alright on concrete and hard surfaces if a little noisey, but soft surfaces they are not good.
