Good luck, interesting project. There's guides on rib.net that have repaired similar issues, just search. I did my bombard aerotec in 2022 that had similar problems.

Lot of work in it, the speed tube inflation hose could be an issue looks like it become detached some how. Have to be in it for the journey rather than the economic sense.

Why not take the prop off and run it in a tank to see if it's a throttle adjustment issue, without a prop the revs should increase with a relatively linear throttle movement as the load on the engine...

The engine looks long on the pics but I can see an S on the plate so must be an illusion, £3k ain't gonna happen , no trailer. Nice engine though , looks clean.

Not sure about the affects on hypalon or pvc but plain old bleach removes mold from silicon very well. Just soak tissues in it and place against the area for a few hours, then wipe the mold away.

The hole in the Hull was a fair bit of damage, maybe trailer damage but more likely from the cave adventure...
