Yamaha 4hp four stroke, std shaft, 2007 motor but bought new 2010, this has a 5 yr warranty but i don't have the service...

You should have sanded the hypalon, the underneath of the rubber fitting and the rubbing strake before applying the glue.

No, the boat and trailer as in the last pic owes me about half the cost of a new 4m PVC boat
without a trailer.
Obviously there's a few evenings work gone into it but i enjoy that.
