I don't trailer at the moment so have no experience but surely 8" wheels sold on new trailers are pathetically small and will just over heat? Why not put 14" wheels on them?

Thanks for the advice. It was much easier than I thought. Found the leak to. It was in the inflatable keel. God knows how that happened but all patched and good now.

I have a FR340 with a Tohatsu 9.8 - gets on plane fine with 2 'normal' sized adults but not 2 chunky monkeys. The FR340 or 360 will take a 15hp easily. In fact a friend has this setup and it flies.
