Sorry I cant be of more help but when I used to work for Serco the Pac28's were towed on air braked trailers which would suggest the boat / trailer combo was more than 3.5T. Cant remember the weight...

There are still a couple of areas of the deck to strengthen, some rot to be cut out the engine box...
