The previous owner had it painted with something or another...I imagine that this will need to be removed somehow before applying tuff coat?

Hi all. I just picked up a 15' Novurania RIB with a 55hp yamaha as a second boat...
It needs some work on the tubes though...and possible the valves...

The bottom of the tubes are patched up...
