Mercury 90hp 2003

Have just fitted a new trim gauge and sender unit but when the engine is down the gauge reads that it is up and vice versa any clues as to what the problem might be Thanks Richie

Thats my next step put the boat back on the trailer. Have bought new valves and will change them, just cant understand how it stays up for so long in the warehouse were it is stored
