fuel pump diaphragm?

is the fuel pump diaphragm ok? may be worth checking if it connects to the crank case at the "wet "cylinder, they can fail and cause flooding, though usually more at low RPM.

I think a hydraulic hose will do the job, especially with a few Mikalor type clamps, After all there cant be much torque there if you've only got a few HP.
assuming you have your power at 3000rpm...
