Last year I used 67 ltrs and this year I used 53 ltrs with my 150 Optimax on a 6.4 Tornado
This year I did go a lot slower staying back with the smaller boats

If you go as far as changing the axle I would fit one with tapererd bearings and fit bearing savers
I have alko water proof bearings and I am lucky if I get one season out of them
