try using BUHW plugs they seam to run cooler &...
try using BUHW plugs they seam to run cooler & give a better tick over
also check the carb butterflys are all shut at tick over or it cause all two strokes to cough
this was a very comon problem...

what a week
just got me new boat a ribcraft 6.8 with a jet going to give it a run from calshot this afternoon
the best part was i fould someone to buy my selva (the chq even cleared) i thought i would be stuck...

In my experience docking bars are a pain I recover boats in all sorts of weather & tides if the trailer is the right depth then you simply line the bow up on the centre line and power up the trailer ...

water coming from exhaust
i have a pair of 100hp on the back they both chuck buckets full out, so i hope they should or i have double the trouble
was the piston you fitted the same wieght ? i know most oversized are matched...
