Can anyone tell me if a non authorised engineer is possible to obtain a diagnostic tool for mercury outboards?.
Here in greece only the authorised workshops can have them

Because of the way it works the optimax sustem produces vapors into the mixing box (fuel-air) into the engine as far as i know you only have to bleed the fuel rail while the pump is pressing fuel .
