These are the numbers I was estimating....Looking at probably a 5.3 length with a 90hp so I am hoping for around the 1.6l per nm mark:rolleyes:

yeah i understand what you mean....Experience is obviously the deciding factor..... I think i want something quite small- which is why the ribcraft 4.8 or 5.3s or quite appealing...And apparently...

Thanks for all that info Codprawn! I am looking at Ribcraft.... all their boats above the 4.8 length are B coded. Which is hopefully all i would ever need! Have u had any experience with Ribcraft?

Best rough seas RIB???

Ok....opinions-The RIB that handles best in rough seas (most seaworthy etc) in other words if you were out in a storm, which sub 9m RIB would you most like to be in? :]
