Searider SR5.4

This is my old, battle-scarred Avon Searider SR5.4. I've owned it around 10 years using it all year round mostly for diving.
It's got more than a few patches but the starboard tube stays inflated...

SR 5.4 Mariner 75 prop

Thanks for the tip - bought a 500ml bottle this morning put 1/3rd in the tube and drove the rib around on the trailer to slosh it about.

Back out on the water this afternoon and no sign of the...

Awkward leak

I've a small leak in the bow tube of my SR4 - the problem being it's on the inside of the tube somewhere behind the strip of hypalon which fixes the tube to the hull.

Any suggestions?

All Done

Trailer suspension all sorted.
Existing units cut off at axle, mounting plates welded on and two new units bolted on.
Splashed out on a couple of new wheels and tyres for all-in total of £260....

I've looked at a few different options - welding mounting plates to the axle beam, fitting a beam with mounts attached, getting a new full beam axle with units as it is now, but they all work out...

I've managed to bend the arm of the suspension unit on my trailer - unfortunately it's not the type you can take off and just bolt on a replacement.
The unit comes straight out of the trailer's 2"...

Console fitting

Avon informed me that the position that they fix their centre consoles is 90cm back from the bow at floor level, which is more or less up to the raised ridge on the floor.

Also managed to reverse...

I've attached pic of the back of the unit where the connectors fit if that's any good.
If not I'll take some tomorrow of the connectors themselves.
