Brown water

Help
The bilge has some brown water in the bottom
is this ok
it does not smell of anything (known to man)
the rib has been left unused for 5 weeks

any ideas???

On ave it uses 28 ltrs per hour (wot will be more)

short term anti foul??

I usualy trail my rib but four two weeks I am going to leave the rib on the water.(salt)
Is ther a antifoul I should apply before
if so what
or
should I leave and jet wash when its back on...
