Beware of Regulation

I am British and hold RYA 1 and 2 powerboat and live in Cape Town SA.SAMSA the governining body here does not recognise the RYA qualification and it is now compulsory to pass their exam for all...

Back in Cape Town SA. 29 degrees today ribbing is very big here hope to be out in False Bay over the weekend catch some cray fish and have a barbeque on the beach.
