Fixed it...

All fixed.

Issue was corroded master battery switch and loose connections due to corrosion. This explains why solenoid was working and starter wasn't plus the intermittent nature of the issue. ...

Mercury 150 Outboard - Not starting

Engine is Mercury F150 ELPT (2016).

Ignition beeps on, solenoid clicks, but starter does not turn.

Suspected the batteries, and as were old, changed them for new. No difference.
