Hope these drawings help. Dimensions are cut sizes before rounding corners. I also routed all the outer edges and holes (rounded) to protect the PVC SIB material.

I agree. Painting always looks bad over time. Best is to follow a good cleaning guide and use cleaning products recommended for RIB tubes followed by a good UV protector.
