It's not a rib, because about 90% of the tube...
It's not a rib, because about 90% of the tube touches the water at a standstill on a rib. This boat has only about 30%. Also the tube stabilizes the boat by being so low down. This boat obviously...

1) have you got a launching license?( they are quite cheap)
2) I take my atlantic 75 to the lake district and both of those locations are suitable for it, so it should be fine for you!
