Mercury big end failure

Can anyone suggest why a big end would fail on a Mercury 90 two stroke? The big end on cylinder 3 failed abruptly with no prior warning signs. There was plenty of oil in the tank and no other...

Pressure relief valve

One of my pressure relief valves has failed (Leafield A6). Has anyone succeeded in changing a valve without cutting into the tubes to gain access to the rear? All suggestions welcome.

Before you purchase a 7m rib you need to check the weight. I guess a Ballistic 7m and the trailer will weight about 1.8T. Although this is legal with your 2T towing limit, it is not necessarily a...

Revenger 23

When fitting the twin engines I also converted from cable steering to hydraulic steering. The system is locally-made by Hy-Drive. It proved simple to fit (despite the impression conveyed by the...

I have just converted my Revenger from single 135 to twin 90s. The benefits of twin engines depend on how they are rigged. I set mine up with independent fuel supplies, independent electrical power,...

I have just converted my Revenger 23 from a single Mariner 135 to twin Mercury 90 two strokes. Is anyone with a similar combination able to provide a prop recommendation based on experience?
