single handed trailer / towbar hitching tips

So this year I am keeping my boat ashore at Davis boatyard, Poole rather than on the drive at home.

The gravel storage area and weight of the boat will make it impossible to walk the trailer up...

Adding securing eyes to trailer

Any ideas on how to add some fixing eyes to a galvanised trailer? I need to add two to attach my ratchet straps from the transom to the trailer but don't want to drill the trailer?

Last night whilst changing some fuel hoses I managed to snap one of the barbs off the fuel pump of my Tohatsu 90.

Maybe a stupid question so apologies! however are the bolts holding the lower unit on just straightforward marine grade stainless?

My Towatsoo lower unit was held on with x4 metric sized bolt...

I had a Supersport with the back 2 back seating, it was great fun in the rough and i would recommend sticking with the standard config as the weight up front helped balance it out nicely

Looking to replace the battery cables on my 50HP Yam 2st, would 16mm2 cable be ok as the next step up is 25mm2 and is a lot more money? 16mm is rated at 110a and 25mm is 170a?
